I am looking for a solution to power my NREAL AIR glasses with my Macbook air m1 in clamshell more with no power adapter plug in.

I try to figure it out , but their is some constrain.

Amphetamine and Caffeine does not work for the glass , because of this

• A power source is necessary for the Nreal Air.
• The Mac could not power an external monitor with the lid closed due to its power settings. At least it needs to be powered.

So I wonder, if their any Hack , tricks we can do to get the macbook to power the glass and send data to them while in clamshell mode ?

My goal is to setup my macbook in a backpack and go on a walk while using the AR glass

You can force your Mac to run in clamshell mode without a power adapter plugged in. I don't know if this works in your particular situation but the command line is:

sudo pmset disablesleep 1

To renable it:

sudo pmset disablesleep 0

I can even plug the macbook to the power source with no problem !
