Is there a way to make another Mojava bootable disk on an external HDD ?

I have 2 external HDDs, One does have Mojava Bootable disk and the other doesn't.

So I want to make that directly between them.

Also, I just realized that I only have one USB-C to USB output so I can only output one USB device.
BUT I does have a USB hub, Will it be safe to use it ?

I have another question about Big Sur if somebody can answer this.
How much it's sized ? What is the recommended size space required if I want to make a bootable disk for it ?

Thanks for answering.

Yes, you can use an USB hub for your 2 external drives. You download Mojave 10.14.6 and install it your external drive.

But how ?

I already have one HDD with Mojave and the other doesn't.
And I am on Catalina now.

You would download 10.14.6, run the installer and have install to the second external drive. This should be no different than how you installed Mojave on the one external drive.
