I am pissed!! mail continuasly marks girlfriend as spam

alright so icloud keeps marking my girlfriends emails as spam, and I am just about to explode.

background knowledge
mail is set not to junk any mail from addresses in contacts - she is in contacts
mail is set not to junk any mail containing my name - she uses my name
I set up specific rules to move ALL email form her address to inbox - it still moves them to junk

so this is what happens
my girlfriend and I will be emailing back and forth like we were ten minutes ago, then all of a sudden she stops responding, or so i think.
as my iPhone is a little slower to pick up i can see that she actually has replied! but as soon as i open the messages on there they disappear too. then I have to wait several hours for them to show up in junk mail where i can mark them as not junk and move them back to inbox. this has happened more and more!

Maybe Icloud knows who else she's emailing, and is trying to tell you something...

Maybe try putting her address as a "Never put in junk". Is it GMail? Hotmail?

If you are using mail as if they were text messages it might be the mail server is identifying them as junk judging by the amount of mails you are receiving.

Obviously, something about her e-mails are triggering the SPAM filters. Have you looked at the headers to see what's going on? Is she doing something that often get's flagged as SPAM like running her own mail server at home on a dialup/cable modem connection or dynamic IP address? If so, my quick suggestion would be for her to relay out of her provider's SMTP servers instead of sending directly or relaying through a third party.

Or there's a misconfiguration on her end. Post the headers here and redact the personally identifying bits.
