Installed a ssd and when putting back together the mac mini the fans connecter wouldn't ever snap in. Closer inspection to the connector and socket and notice the sockets plastic is bent out of shape. Wasn't able to bend back into shape. What are my options? What will happen if I use my mac mini without the fan connected? Please help me, thank you.

I definitely would not recommend running your Mac Mini without the fan. It needs to be repaired. If you can't do it, you should take it to someone who can.

I'd break off the sides of the connector on the motherboard and glue the fan connector right to it. Only option at this point....

I'm not too bright, I was trying to to snap in the opposite side. Well I guess my problem is fixed, hopefully it doesn't come loose from all the stress I was putting on the connectors. Thanks anyways guys I appreciate it.
