iPhone X I buy iphone X before One week now

i have iPhone x one week
Im happy with it
But when I charge my phone i open the camera app while charging and switch to portrait mood but the cam was slow move then i make restart to my phone then the camera working well

So that problem with camera or software
But now everything working well

Does this happen every time you're charging your iPhone and then open the camera app?

If it happens all the time and the issue can easily be re-created, I'd recommend going to an Apple store and show them.
If it only happened once, then I wouldn't worry about it since you said a restart fixed the issue.

It happen once i hope not happen again
