So, if I am at home, I am able to receive and send IMAP mail without a glitch. But away from home, connected to the Verizon network, I can only receive mail. Any mail that I try to send ends up in the Outbox. Can anyone someone help me? My phone is a 5S. Thank You.

That is strange. Who is the email provider?

Being a "send"-only problem, I'd be checking SMTP settings.

Time Warner Cable (Socal) is my ISP.
Outgoing Mail Server: SMTP mail.twc.com.
Host Name: MBURSTEIN5@roadrunner.com.
Password: --------------
Use SSL: off. (I have also tried SSL on)
Authenication: Password.
Server Port 587 (I have also tried 25 and 588)

Other SMTP Servers
smtp.pobox.com On (I have also tried without the Other SMTP server)
Host Name: smtp.pobox.com.
User Name: melburstein.
Password: ------------
Use SSL off (I have also tried SSL on)
Authenication: Password.
Server Port 25.

I hope this information will help you help me.
