Can anyone help? I used to always visit a local newpapers site at www.capecodonline.com using my iPhone. They now have some mobile version of their site and everytime I visit I automatically get directed to the mobile version which sux. Is there anyway of "tricking" the site so that I can view the full site and not the mobile version?

If you guys visitthe link do you get the full version ofthe WAP site?

CNN did this recently, also. You used to get the 'real' page, and not it's the 'm.cnn.com' mobile page.

Some sites (Washington Post, for example) let you flip to the other one.

I've not found a way for CNN; I even have to spell out www.cnn.com/rss to get the feed page, since the mobile doesn't have it.

You think people could recognize Safari Mobile (whatever it's called) and leave us with the 'real' page.

In general, I'm not sure there's a fix if there isn't a link/button to the 'other' page when you get the mobile one.

Make sure you drop a note to the site admin complaining about that when you find it. If they know that iPhone owners would at least like the choice, they may change it.
