iPhone I cannot connect to VPN,please help me!!!!

Iphone 4,ios 6.0.1 jailbroken,I recently joined "Tunnelbear" to use VPN,I have 1400 mb available but I cannot connect to VPN,I keep getting this error,on my pc,windows 8,works just fine.I am new to VPN,do I have to use 3G or wifi to connect to VPN? Down below there are 2 photos of errors,one connected to Internet and one disconnected.Please help me!!!

Have you tried Changing the Protocol?...
I did a little bit searching on the internet and found a few How To's blogs on the internet you might wanna check them out until and unless a pro answers your question.

Thank you for your answer but it's not that,I am using "icleaner pro" and "vpn daemon" was disabled,silly me
