I have an Apple Watch Series 9 (which I do not wear very regularly) and an iPhone 15. I am over 65 years of age. Last week I received a message on my iPhone on the Health app that of late it was observed that I cannot walk steadily. The app gave me the warning that if this continues then am I likely to have a fall within the next 12 months. Some excerises were recommended to me and for some of them I was advised to use a chair for performing these exercises. Some colorful pictures and videos were also there. Overall I found the suggesstions very useful and I tried to save them as a PDF file. However, the next day I tried to re-visit these recommendations I found they were no longer there but were replaced by daily routine health measurements such as heart rate and number of steps done due to walking. I desperately tried to look for the PDF I had saved but I could not find it.
Kindly let me know as to how can I get a copy of those health warnings and recommendations and excercise instructions. Also let me know as to where should I search to find the PDF file which I had saved.
I visited my doctor and he agreed that my legs were weak due to age and he recommended some leg exercises by using sandbags. But I would still like to access those very light and versatile exercises as recommend by the Apple Health app. Kindly help me to find them.
