In its app description OneDrive isn't mentioned, but Dropbox and Box are. Does anything happen when you tap on the Dropbox icon?

If you're logged into those cloud services on your device, are you saying you don't get the screen below as shown in their latest version on the App Store?

Well base on the page on that website it is saying.

Manage documents on device and edit them offline.

• Log in to ONLYOFFICE cloud for collaboration, add access to Dropbox, Google Drive, Box and other storage services to it.

• Connect Nextcloud, ownCloud and any other cloud working via WebDAV and edit documents directly from the app.

Not sure what Nextcloud or ownCloud or what is a WebDAV.

Here's info about those other cloud services so you can read all of the details:

Nextcloud - Wikipedia
ownCloud - Wikipedia
WebDAV - Wikipedia

My earlier question was do you already have a DropBox or Box account and is it installed on your iOS device? It looks like you need to have a cloud service supported by OnlyOffice installed on your device before it will appear in the available cloud services list inside OnlyOffice. I don't have OnlyOffice installed so can't tell you firsthand though.
