I cannot run Civilization IV

Hi, I installed Civilization IV (which I downloaded) in my Mac. The problem is that when double clic on it it tells me "Please insert the original disc". What am I supposed to do to play the game?

This same thing has happened to me before and I've never been able to run the game. Please help me!!

Buy it on Steam? I managed to get the whole Civ 4 package (Original, Beyond the Sword, Colonisation, and Warlords) for 10 bucks on special. As Civ 5 comes out soon, they might have another special on Civ 4 around then.

If you buy it, you don't have to feel guilty when you play it.
