My wife made a massive change - from using a glossy 27" iMac display for 14 years - to a nano-textured one in December last year.
It took significant persuasion form my side to take the plunge. She works in a very brightly lit room so I thought she would benefit.
What a marvel this display is!
All YouTube reviews focus on fonts being a little more fuzzy. This perception completely disappears after 2 days of using the display! Fonts are sharp.
What remains is how much better everything looks! Absolutely stunning! The colours just pop and are so accurate.
When using a glossy display it's hard to imagine that it's possible to just see what is on the screen - not the lamp, not your own reflection, not the table, etc., but just your applications.
If anyone is thinking about getting the nano-textured display, and you're working in a brightly lit room, perhaps south- or west-facing, you should go for it! You won't regret it.
I'm still amazed after 6 months what an incredible improvement it is!
