I can't export video from my phone to computer

i can upload it onto youtube but I want to take it off so I can upload it in 720p. WHen I use iphoto and image capture it just stays on it for a long time and then says it can't export it. what can i do?

iPhoto should work. Is there maybe an update out for it you need to install?

I am having the same problem, can't export any pics or vids off iPhone 4 to iPhoto. Checked for updates to iPhoto, none. Anyone else having these problems?

Just connect to a computer, and when the auto play comes up just use open device to see files and that will take u direct to the photos and videos on the device
