I can't find the Itunes Control folder!!

I have searched everywhere, and in my root folder, there is no media to be found. Can someone please help me? It would be greatly appreciated
 
Also, when I slide to unlock, no icons appear. Just the image of the dock. What can I do? This is really dumb... One second it is all good, then I have no applications at all... Like the screen is just black with a gray dock when i slide to unlock. What is going on?
