Corrupted library it seems. No way to get rid of that on your iOS device without restoring.

I no longer use Apple Music, but when I did I used to have to logout of the iTunes and App Store, then restart/re-login in order for it to delete the Apple Music cache. Might give it a try.

I tried that just now and didn’t work

They’re hidden cache files. Lots of apps have the same problem.
On other apps with giant hidden files, I delete the offending app and download it again - and everything is back to normal

That sounds like the same issue I posted about here:

I have deleted and re-installed the app, logged in and out of "Media & Purchases", restarted the phone ... but haven't been able to get rid of whatever files fill my storage.

Isn't that the size of your music library?

Nope I deleted all the songs. I’m using Spotify since I have a 4 month trial atm and Apple Music is well free for me anyways with Verizon. Wanted to try out Spotify to see if app experience is better.

The problem is it’s an Apple app and I have deleted it and it still shows up
