Since it seems everybody is asking about their logos, I figured I'd throw mine out there for a little feedback.
I just redesigned my identity, after using the same one since graduating college in 1999. Here it is in color and grayscale.
I'm a freelance designer working with small- to medium-sized businesses as well as agencies. I do primarily print work, but have been getting into designing websites, too, lately.
The reasoning behind the logo was to emphasize the print design aspect of my services, hence the letterpress type reference. I also wanted to keep the design tight and fairly conservative, since the businesses that I deal with are looking for more of a serious marketing firm; instead of a crazy, cheap, fly-by-night design studio.
Let me know what you think. Thanks!
