Please, be more specific.

I guess I do have java installed but a program I am trying to use will not work. I went on the windows side and and I got the program running. Its a ROES program for ordering pictures online.

I have quite similar problem. When I start the Java update process from the Java control panel, the new version is downloaded and extracted, but the actual update never starts. Any ideas?
