I can't unsubscribe from Youtube premium

I can't unsubscribe from Youtube premium. When I tried to unsubscribe from the computer, it said I need to unsubscribe using my iPhone.

When I tap on “manage apple subscriptions” in my iPhone Youtube app, it says:

Restore “iTunes Store”?
You followed a link that requires the app “iTunes Store”, which is no longer on your iPhone. You can restore it from the App Store.

Show in App Store
Cancel

So when I tap on “show in app store,” it goes to app store but it shows “Cannot Connect to App Store”. So I’m stuck here and can’t unsubscribe.

So the real issue is that you can't currently connect to the App Store on your iPhone. Are you able to connect to other Apple services such as the Apple Store app or Photos, Mail, etc?

Yes I'm able to do that.

Is the date and time correct on your phone? How are you trying to connect: via cellular? wi-fi? Are you on the latest iOS version? This Apple Support article has a few suggestions.

Time and date is correct. I'm on WiFi and my software is up to date (iOS 12.4.9)
I'll check out that article.

I think i might try to make a new bank account with zero money and switch to that bank account so that I don't get charged.
Hopefully I can change the bank account...? Let me try.

I went into my App Store and deleted my card info so they can't charge me.

(Probably won't be making any app purchases anytime soon)
