I can't update iPad to 3.2.1

I tried more over 10 times to download 3.2.1, but all time I got a error message that told me time out, the rest min time is 11 minutes.

What can I do? how can I increase timeout time?

Try to download it from a different pc, dunno what else to suggest...

Thanks for you suggestion, I tried to use my Mac mini and only failed one time, then I got 3.2.1.
