I can’t update

Everytime k want to update iOS 14 on my phone I need to accept the terms and if I accept it, I stay in that screen and it does nothing! Does somebody know how I can fix it? Now I have the iOS 14 beta and deleted my beta profil

Do you have iTunes on a mac or Windows?

If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch – Apple Support (UK)

You can put your iOS device in recovery mode, then restore it using your computer.

If you have a backup of some kind you should be ok but verify with apple support first.

i have windows, but is there a other way to fix it withoout a computer?
