iPhone I can't watch videos after using icleaner

I downloaded stuff with itransmission then deleted the stuff but realized space still full. So I did some research and on how to fix it and got icleaner but now videos of any kind won't play.

I think it deleted more files than it should have. How do I get them back?

Icleaner didn't do that but u can restore in icleaner pro app
