(using a g4 at work now) and it wont change back... help?!

i have to go through these looooooong folder lists on some drives to look for certain numbers, so i changed the res to make it a little easier on my eyes

well i'm done now but whenever i change it in the display menu nothing is happening...

i dont use a mac at home so my familiarity is sort of minimal at the moment... (for now ;) )

Click the Apple in the upper left and then System Preferences. Now click Displays. You should be able to change your resolution there.

EDIT: My apologies, I read your post wrong. Did you try clicking "Detect Displays" in Display preferences?

thanks, i went for lunch, came back, tried again and it worked... i must be tired and overworked ;)

silly me...
