Why would that be, as in it wasn't showing up at all, even hours after the launch like 5 PM CST. I was able to update via iTunes without a restore, but if Apple Music is enabled in the next update, I want to be able to update, if it is indeed next week, without any problems, I'll be at Disney World and don't want to bring my MacBook.

Try a reboot. The OTA should appear.

There won't be another OTA update when Apple Music is out. It'll either be enabled remotely by Apple or included in the next beta.

Anyone out there still having trouble installing the update OTA? I have loaded beta 2 OTA on my iPad mini 2 no problem but still have been unsuccessful to have my iPhone 6+ recognize there is an update available. It still says "Your software is up to date". Any thoughts?

Same here on my iPad Air 2 A1567. I just downloaded the file manually and used iTunes to update.
