MP 1,1-5,1 I decided to sell my Mac Pro

I guess this is more or less a tribute post, to probably my most loved Mac I've ever owned. It has trudged on and on like a trooper and never quits. I wish that Apple would take a note out of their own playbook and make another Mac Pro that can be as upgradable as the 5,1 was. I would argue that the 5,1 was better for the environment than many current ones (minus the insane power hunger it has).

I'm probably moving to an m-series Mini since I no longer need the power I used to. The mini uses less power maxed out than the 5,1 uses while sleeping...

Unless Apple pulls a serious 180 and releases a Mac Pro for the rest of us normal users.

Yeah, 12 years was a good run.

I didn't know there was one, I'll have to look at that.

I don't have Facebook either, it's my wife's account.
