I delet file from my devivce and now its not working

i have selet a some applaiuction on iphone "desketop" from the softare called totalcommander.
and now the iphone is not respwneding and he stay's right on aplle logo.
iis there anyway to reinstall the hardware on my iphone?
cause i dont know how to reinstall it because usb dont see my iphone that's way i cant gett acces from my computre .
anyone have any idea how to make my iphone accesable from my computre ?
or i dont knoww any other way to reinstall to program just for this work..
by the way i have iphone 2g 2.2.1
this device cost me alot of my money...
so thanks for helpers i really need your help....

You really shouldn't have attempted that. Do you know English, or are you just very bad at typing/computers?

It's not the hardware that need re-installing, it is the software. Follow this tutorial, and you should be fine. In future don't attempt things when you have no idea what you're doing.

Let's just hope you didn't delete something important.
