You deleted the Cydia.app now? Maybe you should be smart and just restore your phone. Jb clearly isn't for you.

Do you have iFile, Filza, any other file manager, OpenSSH, Apple File Conduit 2 installed?

If yes, you can download the cydia deb and install it. I'm under the assumption you only deleted the cydia app and not any crucial files
