Yesterday, I deleted my iCloud account and I lost some of my notes and I think other things that I haven't discovered till now but the main reason I did that was to change my iCloud email to another one and now I really need to get the things which were on my previous account. Is there anyway to recover that account?

Please help! :/

If you "sign out" of iCloud on your Mac, anything that was associated or became associated with that account gets deleted. For it all to come back, simply log back in. If you deleted the iCloud account so that you can't even log in to the web interface, I think you will have to talk to Apple for support.

The delete key is the second most useless key on the keyboard after capslock.

Thanks friend.. actually it's not on my Mac it's my iPhone 4 and I did what you said. Thank you for the help :)
