I've been kicking around between MBA and new MB as a second laptop. After seeing the new MB today, I decided that MBA is a better buy. It's sexy and light. I can see it being used a lot for web, email & fun stuff on the coach. I opt for the 1.6ghz, 80GB HD because it's a better deal. :D

Found it on Ebay for $1325 new and free shipping. Just as I'm about to pay for it, I saw a little link to a coupon code. At first I thought it was a scram, but after reading the details. It's from Ebay & Pay Pal. Saved $100 on the MBA when paying by Pay Pal. My total came was $1225 shipped! That's almost disposiable---well maybe not. That's $200 cheaper than Apple refurb. :D:D Look at your MyEbay and see if you have a coupon code. I am VERY happy and can't wait. :):):):):):)

thats a good deal for a first generation MBA. Personally I would of got the second generation for the better processor, video card, and display port.

The second gen will cost $1799+tax. Thats too much money for a MBA IMO.

And still used the $100 coupon.

I couldn't find a better deal that has the "live search" discount. Most are at $1500+ plus shipping. The Ebay discount is instant. I see that A LOT of sellers are misleading in their listing. "new", but when asked, it is new but opened box. That is NOT new. To me, "new" means factory sealed in plastic wrap. I think Ebay should NOT allow them to list it that way. Three out of four listings were like that.
