so I called to cancel my cable. The first time I called the person on the other end told me it was cancelled and when I asked for a confirmation # she gave me a 3 digit #. I called the very next day to confirm. It had not been cancelled and the 3 digit # she had provided was her employee # not a confirmation #. Has anyone else experienced this "you think you've cancelled but it didn't happen"? I'm hoping that this isn't a practice at comcast to keep customers signed up and paying.
The person on the second day actually gave me a real confirmation # and told me that someone would not be out until the following Tues to come make the appropriate changes outside of my house (typical comcast).
At any rate. I no longer have comcast cable just comcast internet. The amount of money I was paying $90/month for extended basic with HD. I have netflix and an apple tv. The only thing I have not been able to find are food network shows online or in iTunes any suggestions?
