I feel electricity behind the monitor iMac 24

I run my finger along the back of the monitor and feel the electricity on the stand

Are you plugged into a wall outlet, or a power strip? How old is that power strip?
Have you checked for correct wiring in the power strip or outlet?
An inexpensive AC test light will quickly tell you if the power is missing a ground, or the wiring into the connector is reversed.

yes, the problem was in the wiring, I just removed it and the problem was solved, thank you.

haha sorry I'm using a translator, the problem was in the Power Socket
