I've been looking at ram prices for my 2006 mac pro for a while most are overpriced. option 2 buy server ram and deal with the high fan speed. So hows this sound 8 gig 667 ecc fb ram with large apple heatsinks 19.99 I got 2 for 39 dollars free shipping . And I thought some of you might need some so here is the link

PS I they send you the server ram by mistake just call them they will ship the right stuff and a return envelope. I was told they had a few new people working there that don't know the difference.

Well that must have been a great deal I looked at it the other day and the price is back to 38 dollars. I hope someone else got the deal I did
 
Was happy to see this thread.... As i had just yest posted a thread on mp 1.1's ram..... What a bummer.... They dnt ship to my address !
