I haven't had this happen to me in YEARS back when i was using the first version on AOL on my dial up. but now its happening with my iphone.. It happens randomly too.. Sometimes it will kick me back to the home page while a new page is loading, sometimes i could just be reading and doing NOTHING and it will boot me out.

Is there something wrong with my phone? Or is it just that I am visiting websites that have too many banners or such?

p.s. This has only happened while i was on a VERY reliable wi-fi

I had the EXACT same problem. Try turning the phone off for a few seconds (hold the power and home button for a few seconds) and fire it back up and see if that helps.

i have done that, but the problem is that it happens so sparatically that i wouldnt know if that helped or not.. so i was wondering if this is a common issue, or should i take it in to the geniuses

how often does it happen? I had it to the point where it would do it several times an hour. After that it happens every other day. Dont what to say besides trying a restore.

I happened to me also just randomly, so it must be a problem in the software. But now I have sold my iPhone awaiting the 3G. I had a 16GB iPhone and I wonder if it may only be a problem with the 16GB?

i have the 8gig iphone, so its not just on the larger capacity ones.

Its odd, because it does not happen often, but when it does, it will do it about 10 times in 2 days, then it will stop for a week, ect. I just dont know if its the websites that i am visiting, or what.
