Any ideas? I just bought the 3G service on my old iPad, but I had to get a replacement iPad and now I can use it anymore without buying a new one. Any advice? Thanks!

Swap micro-SIM cards. If you've already sent it back, call AT&T and see if they can update the SIM card associated with your old account.

On the new iPad go to Settings / Cellular Data / View Account and log in. What do you see? :apple:
