I dont know whats going on but they did not make me activate the phone because there were so many errors people were having.

Can I sell this phone right now if I wanted to and rebuy again at a later date?

They did something when I purchased my new phone that shut my other phone off from working.

What can I do to get it working again, and when I try to buy again on Monday or Tuesday, what is going to happen? Will I be able to rebuy the phone again since I already bought one today? I am really confused.

Hook it up to iTunes and activate it by putting your cell number in it - then it should work.

You can sell it, but you will be getting a bill nonetheless from AT&T, and you probably signed a paper contract before you left.

Yes I did sign a new contract, but I'm wondering can I just buy another iphone again at the non discounted price?

Yes, with a new phone number and contract for that one...

I doubt they'll let you buy ANOTHER iPhone, even for $399 - as that price is for someone with AT&T not eligible who doesn't have an iPhone.

The non-contract ones for $599 will be out soon.

In other words if I sell for 600-700 now I would not even be making anything would I?
