I got a Canon S3 IS for my birthday last weekend. It's the first digital camera i can claim as my own (i did i bit of photography with my parent's olympus camera). I'm far from pro, but i've been told some of my pics are really good.

Has anyone got any tips on improving my shooting, or things i can do with my camera?

The pics below aren't photoshopped, the biggest reason is i don't know photoshop well :p

That's awesome dude, have fun with your new camera. The only thing I can suggest about getting better is just to keep taking photos, and never give up. Don't be afraid to experiment!
