I have a big jailbreak problem

I jail broke my iPad mini 4 with unc0ver 3.4.0 on iOS 12.1.4 and deleted applist because I was stuck in safe mode, now when I open Cydia or Cydia applications they crash immediately, and I cannot download anything from AppStore or third party AppStore’s such as tweakbox, it says “tweak box would like to install unc0ver” then I hit install, and nothing shows up.

I'd go over to the jailbreak community on reddit. They probably have answers for you or have possibly already fixed your problem
