Hey all

Why are the photos I've taken with the iphone only 640x480 while other peoples on here are like 1600x1400?

The only way I've been able to get my photos from the phone to my desktop is by e-mailing from the phone. Does the phone automatically resize them? I 've heard people say that if you look in my computer it recognizes the phone which mine does but I try to explore it and nothing happens. Am i doing something wrong here?

On another note- In my usage I've been getting a little over 5 hours use time and 2.25 days standby, is this up to par with others?

Thanks, apprecite it

if you have a mac, you can use iPhoto to put the pictures onto your desktop.

I've been doing this and selecting delete from camera after transfer. Then if I want them back on the iPhone, I create a new album of that roll of pictures and choose that to sync back to the phone.

This keeps my iPhone camera roll folder pretty clean and I can separate albums/rolls pretty well.

I guess theres no way around the resize huh? It would be a nice feature...

I should have said in the beginning I'm on a windows machine.....thanks for the replies

Ok now I got it....I always had itunes open when I hooked up the phone so none of my photo apps were coming up. Thanks for the help
