I've been trying to put music onto my iPod since Saturday. I'm running Windows XP Home Edition (lol, no Mac), with Service Pack 2. iTunes is updated to the newest version. I launch iTunes, it detects my iPod and then when I try to put music on it, both manually or through sync, it'll only do a couple hundred songs and then it just stops totally. When I eject the device, no songs are on the iPod at all...

I'm totally baffled. Am I doing something horrible wrong, or did I get a dud?

first try restoring the iPod in iTunes. this will wipe it and set it back at factory settings. worth another try at least from scratch.

:confused::confused::confused:

It was my USB Printer causing all the problems. I disconnected it and now the iPod syncs fine!
