I got to the disk utility and erased the macintosh hd and when I got out of the disk utility I didn't had an option to reinstall the osx so I restarted the mac but when it came up it poped an folder icon with asking mark in it.
I restarted the mac again and press command + r and it says that it's installing from Internet and I have an earth spinin but after like 10 sec I have an triangle on the earth and it says apple.com/support -4403f.
I rly don't know what to do I thank you for your help.
