Probably not. But if it does get stuck, if memory serves I think there is a small button inside the slot-loading disk drive to eject it manually-I was going to use it on the Mac OS X install disk when I Boot Camp-ed (they damn eject key wouldnt work in Windows  ). If not then just take it to your local Apple Store-they'll get it out for you.

It we be swallowed up to never be seen again. You need to find a tray-loading drive. ;)

Slightly off topic. The Nintendo Wii uses a full-size, slot loading drive that takes full sized DVD's. However, it also accepts GameCube disks, which are mini-DVD's. How will Nintendo manage that? And why can't Apple do the same?

nintendo must have found out how to do it. Keep in mind that Apple uses industry standard stuff so their drives are spec'd to philips or whatever. Nintendo probably invented something proprietary that only works with their disks.

You can buy a loader which is a black ring that the mini-DVD will fit into and let it work in slots. Wouldn't work vertically, but if you can find one then you can try it.

No!!
