I have deleted this file (see pic's) and it would be gone for a while... sometimes show after reboot. Sometimes not. Then it will appear when other items are placed in trash. I can empty trash, or delete trash immediately, it will go... but will now reappear within 5 seconds.
It seems to be tied to iCloud. The system it is doing this on is a new MBP, this one only! Not on my other older MBP or older iMac.
I think I may have made it worse, I renamed a Pages file as 'untitled 8' in iCloud, then moved it to trash (I was desperate, thought I would try). but since this, this is when the file appears within seconds back in trash.
Any advice.. I tried Trash it, doesn't delete it (at all) nether does terminal window: rm -rf ~/.Trash/*

Odd.... I logged out of iCloud, and the file disappeared from trash on its own. Rebooted, logged back in to iCloud, it has not appeared back yet.
