I can access the internet with a variety of other apps including my email and even access a hotspot I setup on my phone. ( I am using that right now with my iPad to post this).

But Safari gives this error.

“Safari can not open the page because your iPhone is not connected to the Internet”

I have cleared my history and restarted the phone but to no avail.

Apple suggested I download another browser and try that but that cannot happen until this evening.

Does anybody have any suggestions, please?

Thanks.

If you're on a cellular network, maybe you have it disabled for Safari? Check to make sure Safari is allowed to use cellular data: Settings -> Cellular ->Cellular Data.

Thanks for the suggestion but that didn’t work😩

If it's still not working, you can go into settings -> general -> reset -> reset network settings. If that doesn't work, I'd probably do a factory reset.
