I have an Unlock AT&T IPhone 4S for T-Mobile and I can't Recieve MMS

I can't recieve MMS or Do Group Messaging from other Phones, I can only do it with people that have IPhones. I've called T-mobile and they weren't no help I've been trying to fix this problem for about a month now... I would really appericate the help to get this problem resolve Thanks in Advance
