Hi,

I have imported a US wifi ipad to the UK and used the itunes gift voucher trick to enable me to buy apps. My question is once the ipad officially launches in the UK will I be able to connect to the UK app store and buy apps or is the ipad hard coded to be valid for the US app store only? If so, any way I can revert it to being UK as default?

Thanks

Yes. Just sign in with your UK iTunes account. However when updates come for the apps you downloaded from the US app store, you will find the only way to update them is to log in with the US account you have created.

The only thing that matters is the computer that it is synced with. Even then, you can always change what computer you sync with. What iTMS account you use with your iPad doesn't matter at all.

yes, managing 2 accounts is really a hassle. i'm currently buying apps from the US store with itunes gift card and having my real account in Indonesian Store with my credit card. it works well, don't worry about that.
