about 3 problems i had encountered, 1st the stand by mode light didn't turn on when i clicked the turn off my computer button (only shut off or log off can be pick), 2nd it doesn't recognized my network card some how, so i am only able to connect to the internet using XP by going through the computer's wireless connection, 3rd I guess this has been mentioned by several others already about XP couldn't recognized the audio driver

i downloaded the patch but it doesn't seems its doing anything, more advice needed it pleazeee, and any ideas about why the Stand By mode doesn't work either?

Thank You

In the device manager of windows, right click on the ethernet card -> properties. Click driver->update driver. And dont let windows search. Manually choose the directory to where you extract the patch, and it should work.

thank you much, problem fixed for the network driver
now any idea about the Stand By mode button why it won't let me choose it?

haha no idea, I stopped trying to get XP to work after the audio drivers weren't working. Now im just stuck with Vista not working :(

Your best bet with BootCamp is to wait for Apple to update it to support the new XP/Vista drivers that are needed on the Drivers CD rather than hunting down individual drivers, especially if you don't exactly possess a good amount of computer know-how. The update is already in the release pipeline, so it shouldn't be too long now before it is released to the public.
