I have some beats by dr dre powerbeats pro wireless earphones. I am trying to watch Netflix on my PC it's works mono but when I try and use stereo it gets really cracking I can only hear it for a few seconds after I hit play?? What do I need to do be able to use them both?

No response because no one is understanding exactly what you have (Beats or Powerbeats) and no one understands your statement about stereo and mono and finally, no many PC folks around here.
