I currently have a 5,1 that has Mojave installed. It’s stored on a slow ass hard drive and I can’t get it to be put on a ssd without having a Metal GPu. I currently have a Radeon 5770 1gb installed, but I have a rx 580 waiting to be installed later with open core. Before I do that though, I was wondering when you do install open core, will I lose out to WiFi and Bluetooth, or is that only when I install Monterey on it? If I install open core, will I be able to use the rx 580 without it being flashed and having the boot screen with it? Will I be able to reinstall Mojave on a different boot drive because I hate how slow the hard drive is? Anyways, I will probably have more questions later on, but think you for your time in answering them. Also, my point of references are Mac Sound solutions:
