iPod I have two semi-problems, help please!

Well, I just got my first mac two days ago. Now when i plug my ipod in it charges it. But I cannot get the music on my itunes library. The problem is I restored my other computer which had all my music on it. Is there any possible way for me to get my music on my new itunes.

The other issue I have is that I also redeemed a iTunes gift card on my old computer. I still have money on gift card but it wont let me use it on my new mac, is there a way i can change that so that i can buy music on my iTunes with my gift card?
