So, I had written a long text on a picture on preview, and forgot to copy it before closing! And I can't select the text anymore so I can't copy it! Is there any way I can edit text after I've already saved the text?

Computer Info: Mac OS X, Version 10.9.5. MacBook Air. (Processor: 1.3 GHz Intel core i5, Memory: 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3)

I don't know if all of that information was needed but I added it just incase.

I would be very very thankful for an answer! :)

Not sure if you can do it with 10.9, but open the picture in Preview, go into Preview's File Menu and see if you have the Revert to>Browse All Versions option. Clicking on that should bring up your unedited picture.
