iPad Pro I hesitate which ipad bought

I would like an ipad to make video editing rather simple to see for the future, video/ photo storage, some casual games, take notes, write, have a productivity tool. I hesitate between the ipad pro m2 128go that I found a 750 in new on rakuten, the ipad pro m2 always in 256go in reconditioned at 835, otherwise it will be the ipad m1 2021 in reconditioned with either in 256go at 700euros, either otherwise in perfect condition in 512 to 800 or with 1terra or 2terra has 850-900euros.

I don’t buy iPads second hand except maybe refurbished from Apple directly. I go with the screen size and storage that most closely resembles my use case.

I completely agree with @ericwn, it'd have to be like 70% off retail before I'd even consider an iPad that's not covered by warranty from Apple. Apple reconditioned is a great way to get a "Deal" but still with 100% factory warranty.
